Legacy Bible Study, sponsored by Christ UM Church, is a community of sisters seeking the Lord through study of the Bible and through prayer.  Join us as we:

• praise God in song,
• hear Kathy Russell from Fresh Water Ministries lead our large group teaching, and
• grow in fellowship with one another in small group discussions.

A new study entitled "Living Abundantly:  Exploring the Parables of Jesus" will begin September 6, 2013 and run through March 21, 2014.   We'll delve into the parables of Jesus and listen for the guidance Jesus offers within the stories He tells.  Come be nourished in your faith and life as you study the scripture, listen to dynamic and faithful teaching, and share your journey with other women who are seeking to know God.

Legacy meets most Fridays (with the exception of school holidays) from 9:30 -11:30 am in the Sanctuary.  Childcare is available for a fee.  No experience necessary!  It doesn't matter whether you have read the Bible before.  We just hope you will come with a heart ready to listen and learn.  Bring a friend!  Isn't it easier to do something new with a friend?  Ask her!  She'll be glad you thought of her.  Did you know that many of the women attending Legacy have never participated in a Bible study before?  That is, until they were asked by a friend . . . like YOU!
