Children's Choir & Chimes

This group rehearses each Wednesday afternoon in Ascension Hall from 4:45-5:30  pm, September 19 through mid-May. Children learn worship and music fundamentals, hymnology and anthems, rhythm and note-reading, and how to ring chimes.  They sing and ring in worship several times throughout the year and at area nursing homes as part of sharing their music ministry with the community.  New this Year:  K-2nd graders and 3rd-5th graders will warm up together and then divide into two groups to sing age-appropriate music.   Contact Dr. Daniel Steinert for more information (969-8820; ).

Summer Opportunity for Children:  Kids, you won't want to miss C-CAMP (Christ Community Acting and Music Program) which will be held  in August, 2014.  Watch this space for more information and a registration form coming in the spring.
